Do I have to present my Ultimate Shopping Discount Card to receive member discounts and services? A. Yes. You must always show your Ultimate Shopping Discount Card to receive member benefits. You may also be asked to show identification. Discounts and services are not available without your card. Merchants do not have a way to look up your member information.
What should I do if I lose my Ultimate Shopping Discount Card? A. If your Ultimate Shopping Discount Card is lost or stolen, please contact our corporate offices as soon as possible at (404) 244-0377. We will put a stop on the lost card and get a new card out to you within 24 hours. There will be a $2 charge for a replacement card.
How many extra cards will I receive with my membership? A. You will receive 1 additional card for a member of your household.
What if I want to change members for my free membership? A. There can only be one complimentary member per year, per membership. You cannot add or delete members until your annual renewal process. |
